I am a pro musician based in the Midlands (UK), close to Birmingham, available for studio/live work. I have been playing bass guitar for 30 years, with over 20 being in a pro/performance capacity, playing in a wide variety of covered and open air venues. I am currently a full time member of The Duran Duran Experience (UK professional Duran Duran tribute band), Notorious Eighties (Professional 4 piece live 80’s covers band) and But Seriously…The Phil Collins Experience (UK professional Phil Collins tribute band).

My venue credits include: The National Exhibition Centre (NEC)/LG Arena; The International Convention Centre (ICC); and festivals such as GlastonBudget & Marvellous – playing to audiences ranging up to 12k.

 

I have played, and am competent, in a variety of styles on bass including: pop; rock; funk; and blues.  I have performed for clients such as Butlins; Pontins; Warner Group; John Fowler Parks; and independent theatre and live music venues across the UK.

My main area of interest is 80′s pop/funk, which has helped me secure some very interesting and varied dep recording/live work to date. Whilst specialising in this style, I also listen to a wide variety of differing musical styles.
